Vendor Registration
Thank you for your interest in registering in the Wagner Consulting International’s registration of suppliers.
The following instructions apply to all vendors wishing to register and be considered for solicitations issued by Wagner Consulting International.
To be considered for registration, all potential vendors must provide correct information, in English, as shown in the following list:
1. Read this page, and ensure you meet all our requirements.
2. Be willing to accept our terms, conditions and guidelines, which outline responsibilities as a translator (including details regarding payment terms). These conditions will be shared with you if your application is of interest.
3. Prepare a CV, and be sure to include all details requested. CVs must be in English (be aware that quality of writing is part of the selection process).
4. Ensure that you are applying as an individual freelancer, and not as an agency representative. Sub-contracting of work is not permitted, unless authorized by us in writing.
5. Before submitting an application, ensure that all information is accurate and up to date.
6. Before submitting an application, be certain that you agree to us holding any information for the purposes of translator recruitment, and that any information submitted is accurate and true.
7. Submit your application online only, as Wagner Consulting processes all applications through our Vendor Portal registration page. Please follow the steps in the registration and submit all required information. You will be able to update your information in your profile, as well as add more skills and language pairings to it.
If you fit our criteria and are interested in becoming our supplier, please follow the steps above to submit your CV. Please note that if you are accepted, we will contact you for skill testing. Tests are to be done free of charge.
If you would like to be considered for work, please submit your application online only, providing all requested information during the online registration. Should some representative of Wagner Consulting be contacting you requesting additional information, please provide such information in a timely manner by updating your profile online as well. Some information you need to provide online includes:
• Your language pairs
• Areas of specialism
• Rate per word in USD (we can only pay in USD)
• Minimum charge
• Any translation software
• Specialist dictionaries
Suppliers need to be able to provide two professional references, and/or demonstrate membership of a recognized professional translator body, such as ATA.
For Translation Suppliers:
We only use native speakers translating into their native language/s, who are professional linguists. Suppliers must be willing to work to tight deadlines (24 hours for documents under 1,000 source words). Submission of a completed application does not mean that it will automatically be included on our database. Registration depends on an evaluation of your application. Inclusion of a vendor to our database also does not mean that the partner will be included in all supplier solicitations. It means that the applicant (if included in the database), will be given equal consideration in the process of supplier selection.
