One of the most distinguished festivities is Maslenistsa, which means pancake (blini) festival. Sounds delicious, right? Russian cuisine gathers many delicious dishes that tourists can enjoy in 5-stars-restaurants or even at the smallest fast-food street stands and still get the best of Russian culinary tradition.
